Organization- Hyatt Centric East Taipei

Summary

Oversee daily maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Ensure timely repairs of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety, and health regulations.
Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and safety checks.

Qualifications

Education: Degree or diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Experience: 5–7 years in hotel engineering or facilities management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge, leadership, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
Technical: Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and property management systems (PMS).
Competencies
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies effectively.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
