This role is a unique hybrid of operational strategy and hands-on site experience. You will play a crucial role in modernizing our workflows by auditing, organizing, and streamlining our daily Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and paperwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit our existing daily paperwork processes. Design and implement highly efficient digital templates and workflows for critical documents like Permits to Work (PTW), Site Diaries, and Defect/Snag Logs.
- Manage day-to-day project documentation to ensure seamless communication between the operations team, contractors, and building management.
- Assist in documenting daily site progress, capturing photos, and updating project tracking sheets to ensure milestones are met.
- Act as the bridge between administrative compliance and live site works.

- You will be regularly paired up with various on-site specialists (Mechanical & Electrical, Carpentry, Wet Works, Finishes) for direct, hands-on learning.
- Gain a holistic understanding of how engineering paperwork, compliance, and SOPs translate into physical, real-world project execution.
- Participate in site inspections, quality control walks, and system handovers.
- Build skills in workflow optimisation and operational efficiency.
Key Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Facilities Management, Built Environment, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with an analytical mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) or equivalent project management tools.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work both in an office setting and a live site environment.
