- Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Job Description
- Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers
- Coordinate technical analysis by cross functional teams
- Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining
- SPC trend, analyze and monitor KPI, suggest improvements and escalate to supervisor, if necessary
- Prepare FTQ reports and scrap reports
- Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external
- Support PPAP submission
- Support Q Plan development and planning
- Support quality improvement projects.
- Support internal and external audits (ISO, IATF 16949, customer audit)
Requirements
- Diploma Holder in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Experience with Quality engineering tools
- Knowledge with SMT process
- Knowledge with PCBA Assembly process
- Knowledge with Bulk Capacitor fabrication process
- Excellent with time management and organization skills
