Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Surveying, Building Services, Facilities management, Engineering Management, or a related discipline
Corporate Membership with HKIS, RICS, CIOB or equivalent professional qualifications
Minimum 8 years experience in Registered Technical Competent Person III (minor works), including site supervision of building contractors, and testing & commissioning of E&M systems, buildings work and A&A work or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with government agencies, internal teams, and external partners
Strong people management skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
