Your Job
Responsible for analyzing and interpreting thermal simulation and validation data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that ensure optimal thermal performance. Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will develop and validate detailed thermal strategies, conduct simulation-to-measurement correlation studies, and communicate clear, high-quality reports to internal and global stakeholders. If you have hands-on experience in thermal design and verification, with strong skills in thermal simulation tools and a passion for electronics cooling, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute meaningfully to advanced thermal management projects.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and interpret thermal data from thermal simulation and validation to offer thermal insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop detailed thermal solution against product requirements
- Conduct simulation-to-measurement correlation studies.
- Develop thermal validation plan and perform thermal performance result to project team.
- Work cross-functionally to identify thermal risk through simulation and validation.
- Document thermal validation and troubleshooting processes, and provide high-quality thermal reports
- Generate comprehensive thermal assessment and propose thermal design to internal and global customer.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years on-hand experience in thermal design and verification.
- Knowledge of heat conduction, heat convention, fluid dynamic, heatsink manufacture process and electronics cooling solutions
- Experience with thermal simulation tools such as FloTHERM, FloEFD or Icepak.
- Experience with 3D CAD tool such as NX, Creo or SolidWorks)
- Excellent written English skills and conversational verbal English communication skills; able to participate in meetings and discuss work-related topics effectively.
- Familiar with thermal validation equipment (e.g. thermal chamber, data logger, thermocouple, wind tunnel)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with server, switch systems or thermal module supplier.
- Experience with liquid cooling product.
- Experience with thermal validation fixture or data correlation from simulation to measurement.
- Have strong ownership in project management.
- Fluent in English, with exceptional communication skills
