Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan, Ltd is the headquarter of Diodes Division, one of the world's leading manufacturers of discrete semiconductors--Diodes, Rectifiers and TVS. We are one of the earliest foreign electronic companies established in Taiwan. We provide you with responsible and ethical leadership and encourage open communication with our employees, governmental agencies, suppliers, contractors and industry groups. We are located in the heart of Xindian District, New Taipei City, where the public transportation and living functions are quite convenient, just 10 minutes walking distance from Qizhang MRT Station and Yulong City Mall.
What You Will Be Doing
- To lead production line meet quality / delivery and cost standard 帶領生產線產出合乎品質交期成本的產品。
- Responsible for production scheduling and progress control to ensure smooth operations and achievement of production targets. 負責生產排程規劃與生產進度管控,確保製程順暢與產能達成。
- Oversee personnel management and workplace safety, maintaining an orderly and secure working environment負責人員管理及職場安全,維持良好作業秩序與安全環境。
- To coordinate related department let production line runs smoothly. 協調其他相關部門提供必要支援以利產線順利生產。
What You Will Bring Along
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering 大學以上,工程相關科系
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production management preferably from semiconductor industry 三年以上生產管理經驗,半導體產業尤佳
- Familiar with wafer fab process 熟悉前段晶圓製程 Good command of English 一般英文運用
