Engineer

Your role

• Design and implement security controls to protect information assets and ensure regulatory compliance
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identity security gaps
• Develop and update security policies, procedures, and standards to address risks and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with IT, legal, risk management and business teams to integrate security and compliance into operations and projects
• Research emerging threats and best practices, and recommend new security technologies and controls

To succeed in the role

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 7 years of experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to effectively identify and assess security risks
• Exhibit deep knowledge of telecommunication systems, cyber security frameworks, regulations and best practices
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Show proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in implementing security controls
• Stay current with emerging threats, technologies, and compliance requirements
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
