Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain metrology tools such as CD, overlay, thin film, and defect inspection systems.
• Perform routine wafer measurements and inspections to monitor process parameters.
• Support equipment setup, calibration, and basic troubleshooting.
• Collect and analyze measurement data to assist in process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve yield.
• Document inspection results and prepare technical reports.
  
  

Education, Experience & Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and metrology principles.
• Experience with tools such as KLA, AMAT, Hitachi, or ASML is a plus.
• Proficiency in SPC, FMEA, and basic data analysis tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• The rotate between shift will be 34 months depends on requirment.(4-3shift, Day/Night).
• Working hours:07:3019:30(Day shift) 19:3007:30(Night shift).
