Job Description
- End-to-End Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain optimized schedules across multiple production lines by balancing order priorities, equipment constraints, and complex color-change sequences to minimize downtime and maximize OEE.
- Process Engineering Support: Leverage engineering expertise to troubleshoot production bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen) on the shop floor.
- Digitalization & Automation: Actively participate in the development and maintenance of cloud-based manufacturing systems (e.g., Scheduling, Warehouse, Quality, and Safety modules) to drive the Smart Factory roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the key liaison between Sales, CS, Procurement, and Operations. Lead order review meetings and manage delivery commitments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Schedule Adherence, On-Time Delivery, and Utilization. Utilize data analytics to identify trends and implement workflow improvements.

Under the guidance of the Sr. Process Engineer
- Develops, designs, and communicates manufacturing processes.
- Monitors and revises processes to help generate cost savings and improve the quality and efficiency of product/process.
- Participates in design reviews to improve the ability to manufacture products.
- Responsible for the activities related to the development of new processes including researching current and emerging technologies, evaluating process cost, quality, and performing process characterization and optimization studies using designed experiments, problem-solving and decision making tools.
- Identifies and solves issues or problems with equipment/process. Troubleshoots possible causes and coordinates the activities of maintenance, production and other available resources to implement cost effective solutions.
- Provides coordination of new process installation and process changes.
- Other projects/duties as assigned.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities may require close vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment ranges from normal office noise levels to loud.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience in production planning within the manufacturing sector (Experience in Masterbatch, Plastics, or Chemical industry is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Experience with digital tools such as Power BI, Power Automaee or cloud-based manufacturing applications is a significant plus.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder requirements in a fast-paced environment.
