The Role:
- 維護生產機台順利運作、提升設備稼動率、優化生產效率,確保產線不間斷
- Responsible for CMP filter production to ensure smooth operations, optimize equipment utilization, improve overall efficiency, and prevent production downtime.
In this role you will:
- 每日生產設備及製程參數巡查,確保工作環境安全。
- 機台定期保養、異常故障排除與緊急應變之處理。
- 持續改善製造流程、良率使生產效率提升。
- 專案管理,導入新產品及自動化設備、建立標準操作程序文件。
- 品質管理,定期檢視SPC及稽核相關文件如FMEA及SOP。
- 承攬商作業管理、確認廠商施工作業符合安全衛生要求。
- 主管交辦其他任務之執行。
- Conduct daily inspections of production equipment and recipes to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot and handle emergency responses.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes and yields to enhance production efficiency.
- Manage projects for new product introduction and automation cobots, and establish SOP.
- Manage quality by regularly reviewing SPC and ISO documents such as FMEA and WI.
- Manage contractors to ensure all onsite work complies with safety and health requirements.
- Execute other tasks and responsibilities assigned by supervisors.
