Role Summary

Perform cleaning, surface treatment, acid etching, chemical coating removal, chemical solution preparation, and laboratory analysis.

Responsibilities

Comply with all safety operating standards to ensure a safe working environment.

Handle chemicals and cleaning equipment in accordance with safety regulations.

Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Maintain and service machinery and equipment, report and resolve abnormal conditions of machinery.

Perform workpiece cleaning, anodic surface treatment, and acid etching.

Prepare chemical solutions and conduct laboratory analysis, as well as create documentation and reports.

Remove coatings using chemical methods.

Support the establishment of maintenance capabilities.

Manage/coordinate production progress, scheduling, and procurement of cleaning room consumables.

Possess knowledge of quality control and the ability to improve on-site quality control and processes.
