Responsible for requirements analysis, functional planning, and product definition for microgrid Energy Management Systems (EMS), Energy Storage System (ESS) controllers, and related energy management products.
Support product roadmap development, version planning, and product standardization to drive continuous product evolution.
Act as a communication bridge among R&D, testing, sales, and customers to integrate requirements, align stakeholders, and drive issue resolution.
Support product development, validation, deployment, and customer project execution. Track project progress, key issues, and deliverables.
Research trends in energy management, energy storage, power systems, and related technologies, and provide recommendations for product improvements and new applications.
Support technical discussions with customers, solution evaluation, technical specification responses, and bidding activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and the ability to proactively follow up on tasks, drive problem resolution, identify and communicate risks early, and take responsibility for results.
Able to proactively identify risks, analyze root causes, develop practical solutions, and drive issues toward resolution and continuous improvement.
Background or industry experience in power systems, energy storage systems, or power electronics. Familiarity with the architecture and operating principles of systems such as EMS, ESS, PCS, and BMS is preferred.
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively integrate resources across R&D, testing, sales, and project teams to build consensus and drive execution.
Able to analyze issues from an overall system perspective and translate complex topics into clear structures, specifications, and actionable solutions.
Able to evaluate opportunities from the perspectives of customer needs, market potential, and product value, and determine requirement priorities and productization directions.
Good English communication skills and experience working in English-speaking environments are preferred.
Candidates with a background in engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, power systems fields are preferred.
