Job Description

Experience: 3–4 Years

We are looking for an EUC Support Engineer to provide onsite desktop and end-user support.

Key Skills

  • Windows 10 & Windows 11 support
  • Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting
  • Desktop and laptop hardware/software support
  • SCCM client installation and troubleshooting
  • Basic Active Directory knowledge
  • Basic Networking knowledge
  • Meeting room, projector, and conference device support
  • Experience supporting VIP/Executive users is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide deskside support to end users.
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and application issues.
  • Support Office 365 and Windows-related incidents.
  • Assist with meeting room and conference setup issues.
  • Log and track tickets in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and user support.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
  • Customer-focused attitude and willingness to help users.

Work Mode: 100% Onsite
