We are looking for an EUC Support Engineer to provide onsite desktop and end-user support.
Key Skills
- Windows 10 & Windows 11 support
- Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting
- Desktop and laptop hardware/software support
- SCCM client installation and troubleshooting
- Basic Active Directory knowledge
- Basic Networking knowledge
- Meeting room, projector, and conference device support
- Experience supporting VIP/Executive users is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Provide deskside support to end users.
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and application issues.
- Support Office 365 and Windows-related incidents.
- Assist with meeting room and conference setup issues.
- Log and track tickets in ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Deliver excellent customer service and user support.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and willingness to help users.
Work Mode: 100% Onsite
