The Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) team plays a critical role in translating Microsoft's Commercial Strategy into local execution plans and driving operational excellence to achieve impactful results. This new ATU Enablement & Program Landing Program Manager role functions to deliver strategic programs and transformation initiatives across SE&O Asia.
As the ATU Enablement & Program Landing Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing, operationalizing, and managing strategic programs aligned to fiscal year priorities, while also owning theAsialanding model. You will partner closely with Asia and Area leaders, Commercial Executives, Sales Excellence, and Core Enablement teams to ensure strategic alignment, field readiness, and successful adoption of MCAPS programs and initiatives.
This role requires strong program management expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to lead at scale across people, processes, and technology. You will act as a thought leader, coach, and orchestrator-energizing teams, removing roadblocks, and enabling business and cultural transformation.
