As part of their commitment to strengthen Singapore as their centralised hub, they are now looking for a newly created position as an Employment Tax Manager.

about the job.

As part of the global tax team, you will be a functional subject matter expert to lead the operational oversight and strategic compliance framework for cross-border employment tax and evaluate tax implications of international mobility assignments. You will partner closely with human resources, payroll, and external advisors to ensure both corporate and individual tax obligations are met across multiple jurisdictions alongside internal compensation and benefits structures.

skills and experience required.

You are degree qualified and come with extensive corporate employment tax experience in MNCs with prior foundation in the Big 4. A comprehensive understanding of cross-border tax considerations, social security regulations, and global mobility frameworks is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to convey complex technical concepts clearly to multi-disciplinary stakeholders and drive commercially sound solutions.
