We are hiring Taiwan-based Employment Screening Officers for a foreign enterprise specialised in providing employment-related background check service for employers across Asia. This is a role in support of the enterprise's global operation and involves background checks and verification work to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of information provided by candidates. Our client will provide on-the-job training, therefore related work experience is not a must. We are looking for talents who are: able to process data and generate reports with due diligence; willing to communicate and coordinate with local and overseas team members; and capable of working independently while maintaining high professional standards.
(Key Responsibilities):
- (Employment Reference Checks): (Conduct employment history and reference checks via phone and email.)
- (Database Screening): (Perform database screening and searches for verification and background check purposes.)
- (Education Credential Verifications): (Verify educational credentials by contacting institutions via phone and email.)
- (Data Management (Accurately input and manage data collected during background checks.)
- (Reporting): (Organize, compile, and generate clear and concise reports for clients.)
- (Client Support): (Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.)
- (Additional Tasks): (Execute any additional background check tasks as assigned by the supervisor.)
(Requirements & Qualifications)
- (Experience): 0-3 (0 to 3 years working experience.)
- (Knowledge): (Knowledge in employment screening or background verification is a strong advantage.)
- (Technical Skills): MS Office, Google Workspace Smartsheets (Proficient in office productivity software.)
- (Core Competency): (Meticulous with details and eager to learn.)
- (Work Style): (Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.)
