Position Summary

We are seeking a high-energy, charismatic, and execution-driven Senior Officer/ Assistant Manager - Employer Engagement to spearhead our regional partnerships and activity-led talent initiatives.

This is not a behind-the-desk job. We are looking for someone who thrives on live interactions, brings infectious energy to every room (virtual or in-person), and possesses the persuasive power to influence key decision-makers. Key Responsibilities

1. High-Impact Activity Engagement & Event Leadership:

  • Design, and execute a calendar of engaging regional events (e.g., career carnivals, speed-networking sessions, corporate challenge days, and live panel discussions) that draw high attendance and excitement.

  • Transform traditional recruitment into interactive, memorable experiences that actively showcase our talent pool to regional employers.

  • Host, moderate, and facilitate large-scale gatherings, using your energetic presence to keep audiences, speakers, and corporate partners fully engaged.

2. Regional Business Development & Strategic Influencing:

  • Act as the regional brand ambassador, proactively pitching the value of our talent pool to C-suite executives, HR directors, and hiring managers across multiple territories.

  • Influence corporate stakeholders to transition from passive supporters to active program sponsors, mentors, and employers.

  • Build and nurture a robust cross-regional pipeline of corporate partners committed to hiring, mentoring, and engaging with our community.

3. Audience Engagement & Public Speaking:

  • Deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and workshops to diverse audiences-ranging from university graduates and mid-career professionals to corporate boards.

  • Use exceptional communication and storytelling skills to bridge the gap between employer needs and candidate capabilities.

  • Champion collaborative initiatives that spark two-way communication between employers and talent.

4. Regional Coordination & Collaboration:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with local teams across different markets to ensure consistent yet regionally tailored engagement strategies.

  • Track engagement metrics, ROI on events, and partner feedback using CRM platforms to continually optimize regional outreach.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of [3-5] years of proven experience in business development, corporate partnerships, event management, recruitment, sales, or public relations-with a heavy emphasis on live engagement and relationship building.
