Job Description

Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world's largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Human Resources team as part of the Employee Welfare Committee (EWC). In this role, you will plan and execute impactful employee programs, manage cross-functional projects, and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Job Responsibilities:

This role is based in Employee Welfare Committee (EWC) within Human Resources with a focus on meticulously planning, administering complex and cross-function project-based assignments, including:

1. Responsible for communicating with committee members and employees to support objectives as assigned.

2. In charge of planning, budgeting, outsourcing, vendor management, and the promotion and implementation of EWC projects.

3. Assist in the overall planning, development, coordination, and implementation.

Job Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

1. Education & Professional Background : Bachelor's degree or above majoring in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting or a related field.

2. Professional Skills & Experience :

(1) Strong project management skills and experience with a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion.

(2) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong multitasking capabilities.

(3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

3. Core Competencies & Traits :

(1) Problem-Solving: ability to identify challenges and proactively propose solutions.

(2) Integrity and strong self-discipline. Result-driven and detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and independently.

(3) Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, must be proactive and a good team player.

4. Language Proficiency : Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications : Experience in planning and executing large-scale event projects, as well as managing and operating organizations, is highly preferred.
