The EMEA Business Development Manager will drive new revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across the EMEA region. This is a hunter-focused role targeting new customers, new partners, and new markets, with full ownership of early-stage opportunity development.
What You'll Do
- Proactively identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across target EMEA markets.
- Acquire and activate new channel partners to expand regional coverage and accelerate server solution adoption.
- Lead early engagement on tenders, RFPs, and net-new infrastructure projects, in collaboration with partners.
- Engage customers at the discovery and solution-definition stage, translating business needs into competitive server solutions.
- Build and execute business development strategies, including target account planning, vertical focus, and market entry initiatives.
- Own the new business pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop compelling value propositions, sales kits, and go-to-market messaging aligned with regional opportunities.
- Deliver market feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and marketing teams to win new business.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in business development, hunter-style sales, or channel-driven growth in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of opening new markets, acquiring new customers, or building new partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA server and infrastructure market.
- Ability to operate independently, influence stakeholders, and manage complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable with aggressive growth targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the EMEA region.
