Electronic Components Strategic Sourcing Manager

【About the Role】

We are looking for a manager to lead the centralized sourcing of electronic components, including active and passive components. You will lead a team of 5–8 and oversee sourcing strategy, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract management across our manufacturing sites.

Salary: TWD 70,000–110,000 per month.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Develop centralized sourcing strategies and drive continuous improvement in cost management.
• Evaluate and select suppliers of active and passive electronic components.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Manage supplier lead times and delivery performance across manufacturing sites.
• Consolidate and strengthen purchasing contract management.
• Lead the centralized sourcing team, setting priorities and overseeing team performance.

【Requirements】

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including 5 or more years in sourcing or centralized procurement.
• Strong knowledge of active and passive electronic components and their supplier markets.
• An associate degree or higher in business, management, electrical or electronic engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• First-line management experience in a centralized sourcing team at a medium-sized or large electronics or semiconductor company is preferred; 3 or more years is a plus.
• A TOEIC score of 650 or above, or equivalent English proficiency, is preferred.
• Fluent/Proficient in Chinese (written, reading, listening, and spoken).
