About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role involves the full lifecycle of hardware development, from conceptual design and prototyping to mass production. You will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • System Design: Lead the design and development of complex electrical systems and high-density PCB assemblies.
  • Testing & Validation: Conduct rigorous hardware testing, debugging, and performance verification.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Software, and Manufacturing) to ensure seamless product integration.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Professional Experience

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Electrical Engineering or Hardware Design.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

  • Technical Tools (Design & Simulation)

Proficiency in industry-standard design tools is expected:

Schematic & Layout: Advanced experience with Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer, or similar ECAD tools.

Simulation: Hands-on experience with SPICE, HyperLynx, or SI/PI simulation tools.

Lab Equipment: Skilled in using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.

Prototyping: Proficiency in hand soldering (fine pitch components) for rapid PCBA prototyping and R&D.

  • Key Skills & Competencies

Power Management: Deep understanding of DC-DC converters, battery management systems (BMS), and low-power design.

Signal Integrity: Strong knowledge of High-Speed Digital Design and EMI/EMC compliance/suppression techniques.

QC & Reliability: Experience with Qualcomm (QC) platforms or similar mobile SoC architectures.

AI Hardware (Optional but preferred): Familiarity with integrating AI/NPU accelerators or edge computing hardware.

  • Language Proficiency

English: Good command of English (Reading/Writing/Speaking). Must be able to communicate technical concepts effectively and collaborate with global teams.

  • AI tool usage

Demonstrated fluency with generative AI tools, with a strong command of advanced prompting techniques to accelerate research, analysis, and innovative design.
