Job Description
At Lungteh, we are developing Maritime Vehicles to safeguard and secure the waters of Taiwan. Our mission is fueled by a passion for creating innovative solutions that address maritime challenges and enhance operational safety.
As a Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in researching, developing, and integrating solutions that meet clients mission-critical needs. You will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to design systems that perform reliably in dynamic marine environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high voltage and low voltage electrical system for manned and unmanned vessels.
- Integrate sensors, actuators, and control systems to enable real-time decision-making and navigation in marine environments.
- Develop and maintain embedded control software for autonomous operations that meets reliability and safety requirements.
- Work with customers to understand their mission requirements and lead the end-to-end process of surveying, sourcing, testing, and integrating solutions that align with their operational needs and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with naval, mechanical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop and execute test plans in lab and field environments (dockside, sea trials) to validate designs under maritime conditions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues remotely and on-site for deployed systems.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or equivalent experience
- Experience with circuit design, LV and HV systems.
- Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and control system software (MATLAB/Simulink).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel and participate in field deployments and sea trials.
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills in Mandarin and English.

- Experience in C++ and Python
- Hands-on experience with sensor integration (e.g., GPS, IMU, sonar, LIDAR).
