What you will do:

  • Lead and oversee EHS activities across multiple projects to ensure full compliance with local regulations, corporate standards, and client requirements.
  • Supervise on-site EHS execution, providing professional guidance, coaching, and oversight to EHS Officers and project teams.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, and safe work practices in line with EHS regulations and industry best practices.
  • Manage and maintain EHS management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) standards, including internal audits and external certification support.
  • Lead Job Safety Analysis (JSA) processes, risk assessments, and hazard identification activities to proactively prevent incidents.
  • Conduct and lead accident / incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action (CAPA) planning; ensure proper reporting and follow-up.
  • Utilize AI applications and data analytics to analyze safety data, identify trends, predict risks, and drive data-based EHS improvements.
  • Deliver EHS training programs and presentations to internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a strong safety culture through continuous communication, awareness campaigns, and leadership engagement.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in EHS management for large scale projects.
  • Proven experience in on site industrial safety management is highly preferred.
  • Class A Safety Manager license is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required to support EHS activities.
  • English proficiency required, with a TOEIC score of 650 or above.
