This EHS Specialist role focuses on maintaining workplace safety, environmental compliance, and health standards. Key responsibilities include developing policies, conducting risk assessments, leading safety training, monitoring regulations, performing audits, and investigating incidents. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills to promote a safety-oriented culture across the organization.
- Responsibilities
- Conduct daily workplace inspections and maintain accurate documentation for the Class III industry.

- Develop and coordinate activities and training plans related to EHS.

- Regularly conduct EHS training sessions for employees.

- Organize and coordinate EHS-related activities within the organization.

- Plan and conduct fire drills to ensure preparedness and emergency response.

- Coordinate and schedule first aid courses for employees.

- Distribute updated EHS regulations and newsletters to keep employees informed.

- Coordinate the development of EHS plans and conduct data analysis to drive continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain an effective emergency response plan aligned with regulations.

- Establish protocols for handling occupational disasters and provide recovery support.

- Ensure EHS plans are up-to-date and effectively implemented.

- Manage records to comply with regulations and maintain occupational safety and health.

- Submit regular reports to meet EHS regulatory requirements.

- Enhance the management of related equipment and contractors/vendors, emphasizing the importance of cross-department cooperation.

- Carry out any ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.

- A college diploma in the relevant domain or higher, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, is preferred.

- Experienced in planning and executing four major projects and 16 management plans is a must.

- Possession of a certificate in EHS or a related field is a must.
