What you will do:
- Supervise daily EHS activities performed by project EHS Engineers.
- Conduct routine site visits to verify effective implementation of EHS requirements.
- Plan, coordinate, and coach competency development for newly assigned EHS personnel.
- Review project EHS documentation, KPIs, and management reports.
- Support high-risk activities, special projects, and risk control measures.
- Conduct cross-project audits and follow up corrective actions.
- Consolidate incident, near miss, audit findings, and EHS performance data for analysis and improvement.
- Support implementation of digital EHS tools and standardized processes.
- Coordinate project EHS communications among Project Managers, Site Management, and the EHS Leader.
- Provide technical and regulatory support to project teams.
- Manage outsourced EHS personnel through work allocation, performance monitoring, and resource coordination.
- Coordinate EHS requirements and improvement actions among customers, contractors, and project teams.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor s degree or above in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in project EHS management. Experience in TSMC construction or fab projects is highly preferred.
- Class A Occupational Safety Manager or Class A Occupational Health Manager certification is required
- Familiar with Taiwan occupational safety and health regulations
- Experience in contractor management and project EHS implementation is preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic English communication skills
