We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Officer to oversee and manage one of our clients key projects in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and enforce EHS policies, procedures, and compliance standards on-site
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
- Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety and health regulations
- Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
- Provide safety training and briefings to project teams
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on EHS matters
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety
- Registered MOM Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)
- Minimum 8 years of EHS experience, preferably in the life sciences industry
- Proven experience developing and implementing Risk Management Plans (bizSAFE Level 3 and above)
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
