Current EHS Manager / Assistant EHS Manager / HSE Manager in a manufacturing site.
Background from FMCG, food, tobacco, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronics, semiconductor, or other factory-based industries.
Hands-on experience in site EHS leadership, contractor safety, chemical safety, emergency response, and sustainability projects.
Establish and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, governance, and management systems.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, corporate, and global EHS standards.
Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Support audits, certifications, EHS reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive environmental sustainability programs, including emissions, waste, and resource reduction.
Develop and deliver EHS training for employees, contractors, and site leaders.
Promote a strong safety culture and EHS ownership across departments.
Oversee PPE, chemical safety, emergency preparedness, contractor safety, and workplace controls.
