According to Bosch HSE concept and guidelines, support EHS management within the whole plant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY 岗位职责
1. Responsible for the implementation of national and local EHS laws and regulations, standards and norms and be able to formulate
EHS policies, objectives and systems suitable for company. Responsible for the whole process of EHS management
负责贯彻国家和地方æ”府的有关EHS法律法规、标准规范，能够制定适合本公司的EHS方针、目标、制度，负责公司è‡ç¨‹EHS管理；
2. Responsible for the preparation of HSE management procedure documents and management system, supervise and inspect the
implementation and implementation of all departments
负责编制HSE 管理程序文件、管理制度，监督检查各部门执行、落实情况；
3. Responsible for the safety production report and situation analysis and put forward reasonable opinions to ensure the orderly and
safe operation
负责安全生产现场安全生产报告及情况分析提出合理的意见，确äæœ‰åºã€å®‰å…¨çš„è›è¡Œï¼›
Organize regular inspection of work safety and potential safety hazards, supervise and guide all departments to implement rectification
of potential safety hazards
定期组织安全生产和安全隐患排查，监督指导各部门落实安全隐患整改；
4. Organize and guide the publicity, education and training of work safety for employees and regularly organize emergency rescue drills
组织、指导对员工的安全生产宣传、教育和培训工作，定期组织应急救援演练工作；
5. Assist in safety training, organization of safety behavior observation activities and data statistical analysis
协助做好安全培训、安全行为观察活动组织及数据统计分析工作
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL INTERFACE 内/外部工作关系
Inside TTCS Report to HSE Manager
Cooperation group/department SghP/FCM SghP/PRS
Outside TTCS Local Environment, OH&Safety related dept. from government.
Oversea relationship C/HSE & TT/HSE
KPI ( KEY PERFORMANCE INDEX) 关键绩效指标
1. Annual Accident Rate
2. Management Fix cost
3. Keep Monthly PRS report to RBCN/PSO, TT/PSO
4. All audit find corrective action for central audit by BOSCH
5. Make sure all PRS process implement well inside TTCS

Qualifications

A. EDUCATION 教育背景
University degree
大学本科学历
B. WORKING EXPERIENCE 工作经验
Environmental protection, safety management major is preferred.
环境äæŠ¤ï¼Œå®‰å…¨ç®¡ç†ç±»ä¸ 业优先考虑。
C. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS 知识与技能
With ISO45001related experience,Good at MS office and CAD.

D. LANGUAGE 语言技能
Good English written and communication skills.
