Do motor design with UG software, do necessary tolerance calculation
Ensure the product function can comply with the spec. and customer requirement
Ensure design for manufacturing and design for cost
Work together with team to match the project time/cost/quality target
Take charge of engineering change
Technical support for related departments, such as purchsing, process, quality, application and sales
Problem solver after SOP, do platform maintenance and continuous design optimization
Other tasks assigned by line manager
Qualifications
Bachelor or M.S. in technology, preferably mechanics / mechatronics
At least 5 years relevant working experience in eScooter or motor development
High competence with UG
Experienced in new product development process
Technical knowledge in die casting, machining and surface treatment, perfer to have some bearing knowledge
Prefer to have some basic electronic knowledge
Fluent in English reading, writing, listening and speaking
Be familiar with DFMEA and PFMEA
Target oriented, structured and team work
Good communication skills both for local as well as global contacts
