Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development professional with strong industry connections and deep ecosystem insight to identify and develop potential partnerships for MEXC across marketing activities, ecosystem promotion, strategic collaborations, and investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate has BD experience or strong familiarity with the blockchain infrastructure ecosystem (such as Chainlink, Pyth, LayerZero, The Graph, etc.), and brings an extensive network of project teams and venture capital partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and drive ecosystem partnership opportunities with leading and emerging projects across various sectors, including events, co-marketing, and strategic collaborations.
- Build long-term relationships with potential partners and connect key resources across traffic, ecosystem, technology, and branding.
- Support the evaluation and execution of potential investment opportunities, including OTC deals, ecosystem investments, and strategic equity participation.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, PR, Investment, Listing, etc.) to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Track industry trends and ecosystem developments, providing forward-looking BD insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of BD experience in the crypto industry; candidates from VC, infrastructure, oracle, L1/L2, DeFi, or data sectors are strongly preferred.
- Strong network of project teams and industry partners, with a deep understanding of project needs and pain points.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of managing the full BD lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Solid investment awareness and business judgment, able to identify high-quality projects and advance investment collaborations.
- Fluent in English with the ability to work in multicultural environments; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
