Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the Volcano Engine cloud market and AI ecological platform product work. Product capability building includes ecological partner management, ecological customer business management, ecological settlement links, cloud market platform and other system capabilities, supporting the rapid development of the Volcano Engine AI & product ecological business and precipitating cloud computing ecological industry solutions 2. Combining the development trend of cloud computing and the business direction of Volcano Engine, design product PRD and key architecture for the long-term evolution of the platform, plan product roadmaps and product core competitiveness, and promote the implementation of platform planning 3. Define and get close to platform customers, understand customer needs, combine platform planning, summarize and abstract into platform capabilities, and rationally arrange iterations to promote the implementation of needs based on market needs and changes.
Qualifications
1. Have experience in cloud computing, ToB or AI product design, and be familiar with the cloud market and AI product ecology, including but not limited to merchant management backend/cloud market management backend/CRM management system/partner management system/rebate system/settlement system, etc. 2. Have excellent collaborative communication and learning abilities, have certain project management capabilities, and be able to coordinate resources from all parties to achieve results 3. Responsible, able to put customers first in daily work and achieve customer success.
