E-Commerce Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

1. Drive projects and provide technical leadership in a fast-paced environment.

2. Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects.

3. Work closely with regional management and experience design team to ensure we're building the best products of ecosystem.

4. Participating in engineering design discussions and helping to drive alignment within cross-functional teams and 3 party vendors ( payment gateway, 3PL)

5 Participate in architecture and other long-term team development plans.

6. Work with the developers to identify, document, and prioritize technical debt requirements.

7. Set expectations for timelines on projects as needed to enable product owners to plan.

8. Manage contract development resources as needed for projects.

Skills/Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

2. 6+ years of relevant program management experience

3. 3+ years experience in eCommerce related field is preferred

4. Good communication skills

5. Strong leadership to lead cross function team discussions

6. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

7. Vendor / System Integrator experience as a project manager is preferred.

8. High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

9. Experience with Magento solution preferred; and Google Analytics also desired.

10. Experience developing digital Commerce Application products (i.e. Order Management, , Customer Relationship Management, E-commerce, email marketing )

11. Experience in understanding business logic
