Monitor and manage platform operational KPIs, collect and analyze operational data, and provide optimization solutions to improve efficiency and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
Keep track of industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify business opportunities and develop actionable strategies.
Job Requirements
Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Business Analytics, E-commerce, or related fields is preferred
Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills; proficient in using data analysis tools and software, as well as preparing statistical reports
Excellent communication and learning abilities, with a strong sense of teamwork, responsibility, and ownership
Strong problem-solving skills in time-sensitive situations and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
Proficiency in English as a working language; fluency in a second language is a plus
