E-Commerce Operations

Job Summary

Support daily e-commerce order fulfilment and customer service across multiple sales platforms.
Manage stock levels to prevent overselling and out-of-stock situations.
Assist in warehouse operations, including goods preparation for e-commerce and B2B sales.
Discuss and set sales strategy for e-commerce campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily orders accurately from various e-commerce sales platforms
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple platforms to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage product listings to prevent overselling and maintain accurate stock availability
• Anticipate stock resupply needs ahead of campaigns to avoid sales disruption and minimize out-of-stock events
• Answer customer calls & messages professionally to resolve questions and provide support
• Assist in picking and preparing goods from the warehouse for daily e-commerce orders
• Prepare goods for B2B customer deliveries to meet order requirements
• Monitor and manage stock levels in the warehouse to avoid overselling and reduce out-of-stock situations.
• Training will be provided on the strategies and use of various sales platforms
