Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the company's online channel policy, assisting agents in formulating quarterly and annual market development strategies and goals
2. Responsible for the maintenance and construction of core agents in online channels, and the management and services of secondary agents
3. Participate in agents market activities, organize and coordinate related resources, accurately meet the needs of agents and provide precise solutions, and complete quarterly and annual sales tasks according to goals
4. Responsible for live broadcast platforms such as Taobao, Douyin, and Kuaishou. Excavating and negotiating with KOL celebrities or MCN organizations (mature high-quality talents and artists) to ensure the live broadcast effect is implemented and the live broadcast sales are achieved
5. Analyze and interpret sales data, conduct in-depth development of customers, contract negotiations and process follow-up
6. Supervise the agent's implementation of company rules and systems
7. Responsible for following up on the agent's quarterly payment and contract returns
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree, related to marketing management
2. Experience in operating e-commerce platforms
3. Experience in launching new online e-commerce 3C products and planning large-scale promotional activities
4. More than 3 years of relevant work experience.
