Manage forecasting, sales investments, and marketing budgets to ensure profitable growth.
Lead commercial negotiations and business reviews with e-commerce partners to optimize sales, profitability, inventory, and market share.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term e-commerce growth strategies.
Drive flawless execution of key initiatives through strong cross-functional and external stakeholder collaboration.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders, drive organizational alignment, and identify new growth opportunities through digital transformation and continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor & Above Degree, business major preferred.
8 years of experience in sales function, Cosmetic/ Retail/ FMCG E-Commerce is a plus.
