Job Description

Main Accountabilities

  • Develop and lead integrated sales, marketing, and e-commerce strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Define and execute strategic plans across Pure Play and B&M channels in partnership with key customers.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and business analytics to drive customer engagement and joint business growth.
  • Lead digital media strategy and campaign optimization to maximize performance and ROAS.
  • Manage forecasting, sales investments, and marketing budgets to ensure profitable growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and business reviews with e-commerce partners to optimize sales, profitability, inventory, and market share.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute short-, mid-, and long-term e-commerce growth strategies.
  • Drive flawless execution of key initiatives through strong cross-functional and external stakeholder collaboration.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders, drive organizational alignment, and identify new growth opportunities through digital transformation and continuous improvement.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor & Above Degree, business major preferred.
  • 8 years of experience in sales function, Cosmetic/ Retail/ FMCG E-Commerce is a plus.
  • Leadership is plus
  • Experienced external communication,selling skills, and managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to work within fast growing environments and take action quickly.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
  • Microsoft office especially Excel and Power Point.
  • Cross-functional communication skill.
  • Fluent in English.
