E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:
. Manage and maintain online product listings across digital sales channels, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
. Support promotional activities and campaigns to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
. Monitor inventory availability and pricing accuracy across online platforms.
. Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely support to facilitate order completion.
. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
. Handle customer returns, exchanges and related service matters.

Requirements:
. Diploma in any discipline
. Prior experience in e-commerce, online sales support, or digital retail operations is preferred
. Familiarity with online sales platforms and marketplace operations is advantageous
. Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers
. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills
. Team player with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
