E-Commerce Executive

Job Description & Requirements

. Updating daily sales on ERP software and coordinate daily delivery and routing for on-time delivery until the last delivery is completed.

. Ensure and assist prompt & accurate picking, packing and sorting to fulfil daily online orders from multiple E-Commerce channels.

. Manage the E-Commerce portals and reach the sales targets.

. Ensure happy and satisfied online clients treated with high service standards.

. Selling through platforms, Like Shopee, Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, etc.

. Develop and implement sales strategies

. Source for business opportunities and continuous market E-Commerce pricing research.

. Analyse and monitor performance against ROI goals & continually make recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth.

. Handle Social Medial Channels, updating Website with Food articles and Reviews.

. Resolve daily service level issues on time and deliver exceptional customer service.

. To perform any other ad-hoc work duties as & when required by Superior.

Requirements

. Tertiary Education in any relevant field

. 0-3 Years Work Experience, Candidates without experience are welcome to apply

. Well organized and detail oriented

. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

. Ability to adapt quickly to the fast-paced start-up environment

. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

. Knowledge in Creative Design software is an advantage
