Role Description

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Director to lead and expand our online sales channels at Supacaz. In this full-time, on-site role based in Taipei, you will oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including strategy development, project management, sales performance analysis, and marketing initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our online presence and ensure seamless delivery of exceptional experiences to cycling enthusiasts worldwide. Additional responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, tracking KPIs, and driving innovative strategies to achieve growth and enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in E-Commerce operations, including platform management and customer experience strategies
  • Strong Sales and Marketing skills to develop and execute campaigns that drive conversions and brand recognition
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics, interpret data, and identify trends to optimize strategies
  • Proven Project Management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and ensure goals are achieved
  • Passion for cycling or the sporting goods industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
