Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for leading a team of digital experts in all aspects of the ecommerce business: business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, product merchandising, website design, advertisement, customer service, web analytics, web technologies and EC operations. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (brand teams, logistics, marketing, accounting and IT) is paramount to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all eCommerce related operations:
**ECommerce Strategy & Operations:
- Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Define and execute monthly and seasonal promotional calendars to achieve business KPIs and revenue targets.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, IT) to ensure alignment across all selling channels and functions.
- Analyze user data to identify opportunities to improve website UI/UX, customer service (CS), conversion rates (CVR), and revenue generation.
- Conduct A/B testing and funnel analysis to reduce drop-off rates and optimize customer journey.
- Manage and provide strategic advice on eCommerce technologies, platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools to enhance customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative eCommerce marketing technologies.
- Conduct month-end payment and accounts reconciliation with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy.
**Performance Marketing & Digital Growth:
- Plan and manage digital advertising budgets to maximize KPIs and sales performance.
- Initiate, operate, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, LINE, etc.) to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Monitor and evaluate advertising performance to ensure high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and optimized CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
- Utilize analytics tools such as GA4 and tracking platforms (e.g., GTM) to analyze traffic quality, attribution models, and customer journey behavior.
- Track and assess the impact of digital advertising initiatives on traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Conduct cross-platform performance analysis and extract insights to optimize future campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement CRM acquisition and retention campaigns, as well as ad hoc marketing initiatives.

Candidate requirements:
At least 10 years work experiences with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in Retail, FMCG, Digital Agency or marketplace's eCommerce operation.
- Solid eCommerce & digital team management experience
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead and negotiate with people at all levels, both externally and internally
- Good knowledge of GA4, basic coding, project management and online design tools
- Experience in Shopline & Shopify platforms, system integration and project management
- Hands-on person with a can-do attitude
- Good command of English
