Job Description

Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for leading a team of digital experts in all aspects of the ecommerce business: business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, product merchandising, website design, advertisement, customer service, web analytics, web technologies and EC operations. Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (brand teams, logistics, marketing, accounting and IT) is paramount to succeed in this position.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all eCommerce related operations:

**ECommerce Strategy & Operations:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive eCommerce strategies to drive sales growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
  2. Define and execute monthly and seasonal promotional calendars to achieve business KPIs and revenue targets.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, IT) to ensure alignment across all selling channels and functions.
  4. Analyze user data to identify opportunities to improve website UI/UX, customer service (CS), conversion rates (CVR), and revenue generation.
  5. Conduct A/B testing and funnel analysis to reduce drop-off rates and optimize customer journey.
  6. Manage and provide strategic advice on eCommerce technologies, platforms, CRM systems, and digital tools to enhance customer retention and lifetime value (LTV).
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative eCommerce marketing technologies.
  8. Conduct month-end payment and accounts reconciliation with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy.

**Performance Marketing & Digital Growth:

  1. Plan and manage digital advertising budgets to maximize KPIs and sales performance.
  2. Initiate, operate, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Google, Meta, LINE, etc.) to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversion rates.
  3. Monitor and evaluate advertising performance to ensure high ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and optimized CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
  4. Utilize analytics tools such as GA4 and tracking platforms (e.g., GTM) to analyze traffic quality, attribution models, and customer journey behavior.
  5. Track and assess the impact of digital advertising initiatives on traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  6. Conduct cross-platform performance analysis and extract insights to optimize future campaigns and marketing strategies.
  7. Develop and implement CRM acquisition and retention campaigns, as well as ad hoc marketing initiatives.

  5. Fulfill local and regional digital requests

Candidate requirements:

At least 10 years work experiences with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in Retail, FMCG, Digital Agency or marketplace's eCommerce operation.

  • Solid eCommerce & digital team management experience
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills, able to lead and negotiate with people at all levels, both externally and internally
  • Good knowledge of GA4, basic coding, project management and online design tools
  • Experience in Shopline & Shopify platforms, system integration and project management
  • Hands-on person with a can-do attitude
  • Good command of English
