Role Description

We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join our team in an on-site, full-time position located in Taipei. The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of our online store, including managing product listings, optimizing content for e-commerce platforms, analyzing sales data, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with online sales activities. The role contributes directly to the growth of our online brand presence and ensures customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online store operations and drive growth
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to assist customers and resolve inquiries efficiently
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate sales trends and optimize online performance
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms is a plus
• Passion for cycling or sports is highly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
