Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-Commerce Assistant based in Taipei. The E-Commerce Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of Supacaz's online store. Tasks include managing product listings, analyzing online sales and website performance, providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales strategies, and facilitating effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The assistant will play a key role in delivering a smooth and successful customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess e-commerce performance and interpret data trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Knowledge of sales and e-commerce platforms and familiarity with online retail operations
• Proficiency in online tools or software relevant to e-commerce platforms
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
• Passion for sports, particularly cycling, and knowledge of related equipment and products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
