About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven E-Commerce Account Manager to lead our online sales and platform operations in the Taiwan market. This role is ideal for someone with strong strategic thinking, hands-on e-commerce experience, and a sharp eye for performance data.

What You'll Be Responsible For

1. E-Commerce Platform Management

  • Manage the brand's day-to-day operations across major e-commerce platforms in Taiwan, including Shopee, Momo, and the official Shopify website
  • Oversee product listings, pricing updates, inventory visibility, and campaign set-up
  • Ensure smooth and accurate platform operations to support sales growth

What We're Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce platform operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopee, Momo, Shopify, or similar
  • Proven ability to plan and execute online promotional campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into action
  • Good cross-functional communication and project management capability
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and e-commerce backend reporting tools
