Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Duty Manager is instrumental in ensuring the smooth operations of our Resort. Liaising with our front desk and coordinating with our various departments, the Duty Manager is key to delivering the exceptional levels of service expected of our Brand. The incumbent will also be responsible for making operational decisions and maintaining the efficiency of our services.
