Job Description

The DSP Program Management & Communication Intern supports the Digital Solution Platform (DSP) Program Management Office (PgMO) in both program execution and structured internal communication. DSP is a global transformation initiative aimed at establishing standardized processes, clear governance policies, and system-enabled operations for solution business management, spanning multiple Regions and multiple Solution Business Groups. This role plays a key part in ensuring that complex process and policy designs are effectively managed, communicated, and understood across a global organization. PgMO & Program Execution Support . Support DSP Program Management Office (PgMO) operations by participating in weekly meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and tracking action items using the internal Project Management System (JIRA-based). . Assist in coordinating program tasks, timelines, and follow-ups, and support monthly regional sync-up meetings, including pre-meeting material preparation and meeting documentation. DSP Program Communication & Community Operations . Transform business process, system, and policy design outputs into clear and structured internal communication materials, including written references, community content, and training enablement materials (e.g., short videos). . Maintain and update content on the DSP internal Community platform to ensure accuracy, consistency, and ease of use. Content Planning & Enablement . Collaborate with PgMO members and subject-matter owners to clarify key messages and stakeholder needs. . Plan and manage communication deliverables by defining objectives, target audiences, timelines, and required inputs, ensuring alignment with DSP program objectives and the global rollout roadmap. Required . Strong ability to understand spoken English in meetings and discussions capable of writing clear English meeting notes and communication materials. . Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to structure and present complex information logically. . Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with structured processes, policies, and governance frameworks. . Willingness to learn complex enterprise topics (solution business end-to-end process, internal systems) with guidance and mentoring. Preferred / Plus . Experience in project management, coordination roles, or student-led projects. . Familiarity with digital tools or platforms (e.g., project management systems, internal portals, knowledge bases). . Basic video editing skills for internal training or communication content. . Interest in enterprise transformation, digital platforms, or global program operations. . Full-time Intern (4-5 days per week) . Minimum commitment: 6 months (1 year preferred) . Mentor provided by DSP Program Management Office . Hands-on experience in global program management and PgMO operations within a large enterprise. . Practical exposure to how standardized processes and governance models are designed and rolled out globally. . Experience translating complex process and policy designs into effective internal communication and enablement content. .
