Job Description
Driving Experience Ownership:
• Lead and manage Porsche Driving Centre programs and customer driving experiences.
• Design and optimize driving formats, customer journeys, and value propositions.
• Develop pricing strategies and commercial models to drive profitability.
• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Establish strategic partnerships to enhance customer experiences.
• Monitor program utilization, financial performance, and profitability.
• Define vehicle fleet allocation and oversee lifecycle and utilization planning.
Porsche Driving Centre Operations Leadership:
• Lead and manage Porsche Driving Centre operational staff
• Define, maintain and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure operational stability, safety compliance and quality standards
• Oversees agency and vendor performance against defined KPI's
• Act as primary escalation point for operational incidents and nonstandard cases
• Coordinate with track landlord regarding readiness and maintenance of track.
Strategic Contribution to Launch activation, Community & Motorsport
• Support Product Launch Events, Community Engagement formats and Motorsport initiatives, especially in the field of driving related aspects.
• Support Community Management by event activations that boost brand interaction and community growth.
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding: Driving experience design, operational feasibility and performance-oriented customer journeys
• Coordinate allocation of Porsche Driving Centre resources when required.
Leadership of Driving Event Operations & Administration Coordinator
• Define and supervise administrative and operational task execution
• Ensure handling of: Documentation, booking coordination, reporting preparation, vendor invoice tracking, fleet towing and CRM processes.
• Maintain clear separation between strategic ownership and administrative execution
Qualification:
• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in event management or related field
• Experienced in automotive industries or automotive event agencies is highly preferred
• Connection with car clubs or automotive communities is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft office
• Solid experience in project management, budget planning, and reporting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including dealers, external agencies, event venue, automotive communities, etc.
• Willingness to travel and work on selected weekends
• Valid driver's license
