About the Role
We're looking for a mid-level Software Engineer with a strong DevOps mindset to take ownership of CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments, and production systems.
This role is DevOps- and Kubernetes-focused, with C#/Go used primarily for maintaining and extending backend services.
As a DRI role, you'll be expected to independently own services and drive them from development to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines (AzureDevOps / GitHub)
- Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes-based services
- Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments
- Develop automation and tooling usingPython / Shell script
- Maintain and extend existing backend services written in.NET/Go
- Work with Git-based workflows (branching, PRs, code reviews)
- Take full ownership of assigned systems and services (DRI responsibility)
Requirements (Please Read Carefully)
- Fluent Mandarin (Chinese) is mandatory daily work communication is in Chinese
- English proficiency at an intermediate level is required.
- 46 years of professional experience in software engineering or DevOps roles
- Strong hands-on experience in DevOps & CI/CD
- Practical experience with Kubernetes (deployment, operations, troubleshooting)
- Experience with cloud-native or containerized environments
- Familiarity withC# / .NET / .NET Core (deep expertise not required)
- Working knowledge ofPython for automation or tooling
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently (DRI role)
- Candidates outside Taiwan or without Mandarin proficiency will not be considered.
