Responsibilities
- Product Engineering for Low Power DRAM (LPDDR) products supporting Mobile, Automotive, and Data Center applications
- Develop and maintain test flows to improve yield and quality throughout NPI and HVM phases.
- Perform failure analysis through data mining, tester analysis, and silicon characterization.
- Drive and implement root cause fixes in collaboration with Circuit Design and Fab Process teams.
- Validate circuit functionality and electrical performance across different operating conditions.
- Support NPI activities, including bringup, characterization, and cross-site handover.
Required Skills
- Experience with EFA, PFA, Process, wafer-level testing, burn-in, reliability, test program development.
- Understanding of semiconductor devices and DRAM fundamentals.
- Data-driven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze yield, reliability, and test data.
- Good understanding of IC build and semiconductor devices.
- Basic programming capability.
- Experience in test data analysis automation or scripting is highly desirable
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams
- Familiarity with LPDDR architecture and JEDEC specifications is a strong plus
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with LPDDR or DRAM product engineering.
- Knowledge of Process, Probe test (wafer level), burn-in boards, burn-in systems, or stress test hardware.
- Experience with semiconductor test flows.
- Familiarity with probe (wafer level) and backend test flows.
- Experience supporting NPI ramps and manufacturing scale-up.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Marketing organizations
- Work with Micron Memory Japan and US Product Engineering teams
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Process Integration, Application Engineering, and Test Solutions teams
- Participate in crosssite technical alignment and handover between Taiwan, Japan, and other global teams
Education
- Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- Desired: Background in VLSI, Semiconductor Physics, or Nanotechnology
- Preferred: Japanese language capability is a plus
