We are seeking a skilled and motivated Memory Product Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for new product validation, test program development, and driving mass production readiness, with a strong focus on optimizing test coverage and product quality. Responsibilities
- NPI & Mass Production: Execute functional validation for new product designs, develop advanced test programs, and successfully transition products to mass production.
- Electrical Analysis: Perform Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) and conduct deep-dive analysis on product parametric specifications and characteristics.
- Yield & Coverage Optimization: Drive DRAM test coverage enhancement and continuously improve testing efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Domain Expertise: Proven experience as a Memory Product Engineer or Memory Testing Engineer.
Required Skills
- Hands-on proficiency and strong capability in operating Advantest test systems, specifically T5503, T5593, and T5583.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and debugging memory product issues.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience as a Memory Product Engineer or Memory Testing Engineer.
