1. Promote the production and fermentation of high-quality content around network-wide public events and Douyin's native hot spots, and do a good job in hot spot management and operation 2. 1. Bachelor degree or above, with 3 years or more of work experience, and experience in media, hot spot operations, content planning, and account operation related positions are preferred 2. Information control, familiar with vertical media in various fields, broad knowledge and interests, and judgment on the hot fermentation patterns and potential risks 3. Have the ability to judge the value of hot events and topics, and have successful cases of promoting the popularity of hot events, characters, and cities 4. Familiar with the gameplay of short video products, highly sensitive to content trends, and aware of what is hot on the platform and why 5.
